RETURN POLICY
we handle each return case-by-case with the
goal of making our customers happy.

we do not accept returns on any edible items due to its perishable nature.

merchandise
exchange or store credit with receipt on full priced items within 14 days of purchase

all items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box. items that are abused, broken, used, washed or damaged may not be returned.

we do not accept refunds on fine jewelry; however, you are welcome to return your item for in store credit as long as the pieces have not been modified, sized, used or warn. all exchanges are up to the discretion of rumor.

*shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused. any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. the only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.

*all sale items, coffee, apothecary, perfumes and hats are final sale, both online and in store.
